PLEX Server Build Questions?

* G.SKILL Ripjaws V Series 8GB DDR4 2400
* Silverstone GD07B (Black) HTPC Case
* SilverStone Argon AR06 CPU cooler
* (2) GELID FN-PX08-20 80mm case fans for exhaust

So this could be my potential build. What do you guys think of it?
How many Western Digital Red 4TB 3.5" drives can I fit?
Am I missing anything to make this server work?

WAY more CPU than is needed. Get a Celeron or i3 at most.

For my Plex server, I run a Celeron G1820 and have no serving issues.

With the money saved from dropping to a low power CPU, you could easily get a proper hardware RAID card for 4x hard drives and a UPS.

Using my own Plex server as an example, I have:

9650SE-4LPML RAID card (~$20 on eBay)
Multi-lane (SFF-8087) to SATA Breakout Cable (~10)
APC BE550G Back-UPS 550VA 8-outlet UPS (~$60)
