Solved! Plugged in but discharging

Hi I've got an asus n551jx just yesterday I noticed my battery plugged in but discharging.Tried changing chargers but it didn't work and now my battery has run down and laptop can't be powered on directly with AC power or battery in place

See if a BIOS update is pending and if after a BIOS update the issue is averted. Usually the issue can occur with the OS being corrupted. What OS are you on?

I would if i could turn it on. Battery not charging and can't turn it on with direct AC too. Im on windows 10
