"Plugged in, not charging", laptop has built in battery.

"Plugged in, not charging" i have a laptop that has built in battery
laptop Asus X550D
and now my laptop is 0%
how can i fix this?

Sounds like the charging unit has failed or isn't connecting properrly one end or the other. Does it have a LED light on it?

nope but it just plug in not charging

Pretty doubtful after eight months.

mine is doing the same damn thing. Taking back to where I bought it for a repair job.
