I use Mcafee on my old pc before. Now after some research seems Macfee isn't perfect. Please recommend a paid anti-virus for me. Thanks.

There is no such thing as a "perfect" anti-virus program. Most are very good. That, plus using some common sense is typically enough for anyone.
