Question Poor quality update

The latest Android update is an example of sloppy work. Issues:
1. Phone loudspeaker doesn't work if Bluetooth is on.
2. Two apps disappeared from my phone - really!! Receipthog, Calculator, and
3. Gemini keeps popping up when it is not wanted and Power down needs low volume key as well as on/off.

Why can't things be done properly?

These issues are common with major Android updates.
I can advise you to check for a patch from the manufacturer. Since a full system reboot or clearing the application cache usually only helps temporarily.
