Possible virus that automatically stop when task manager is open

CPU usage spikes up immediately after i closed the task manager and vice versa
Ran a quickscan with malwarebytes and found nothing, currently running a full system scan which while take long time right now
I'm just wondering if anyone ever had a similar problem like this and maybe can be of help

Looks like normal activity as CPU resources are used to start/stop apps (includes reading/writing to storage devices which does use CPU cycles). If your scans are clean, I wouldn't worry too much about this behavior, unless it begins to degrade overall system performance.

Yeah that's normal. Whenever you pull up a task manger it does a bunch of CPU related things to gather all that information. You will see a short spike.

Thank you for the replies, but these aren't short spikes the usage goes up indefinitely until i open task manager
I first noticed it when i was monitoring my cpu temp and the idle suddenly turns into 55-60c from 40c
