Solved! Power on problem and orange light blinking

Hi My laptop is Acer aspire E421 where my battery charging led is blinking in orange for 5 times and its not getting power on.

But I already changed new battery for my laptop. For some time it ran, then suddenly it's power off and blinking orange light when I click power button

The new battery, if aftermarket, could be a bad battery.
