Power pack volyage

Trying to determine if power pack with a 20 volt/3.0amp output will harm a laptop with a 19.5 volt/3.3amp input?

yes. has to have same voltage & at least the same amps tho that can be higher.

But that's the problem... Or not. It's a 20 volt charger to a 19.5 volt laptop. Is that half a volt, though it seems small, bad for the laptop. Or make it not charge well

short term it might be all right but not for the long term. that is why it is marked on the laptop as to voltage & amperage is required.
