Power State Failure

hi guys , i bought new laptop which its model is asus N551vw , it works awesome but when i shut it down after working with heavy softwares it doesnt shut down and after 2 - 3 mins shows the blue screen which shows Power state failure ... and i tried safe mode stuff either but it randomly shows this blue screen again ... thanks in advance for giving me some good advice ... of course my intimte friend updated my bios properly on the first day that i bought this lappy ... he is a computer engineer ... im kinda suspicious if the problem comes from what he has done for me ... please help before i take my lappy back to the store that i bought from

thanks buddy but i tried those things ... my problem happens randomly not all the time when i shut down or restart
