Privacy error/connection is not private

Using google chrome
When trying to access google or google search only, shows up as not secure on chrome, opening new tab on chrome leads to screen displaying connection is not private.

When using firefox google search gets redirected to facebook

And using internet explorer shows that google certificate does not match

On windows 8.1, tried scanning for malware, did not find anything, used malwarebytes and avira.

Time is also correct

Please help

I would try "ipconfig /flushdns" (without quotes) via the command prompt.
