Problem setting up microsoft office 2010

Hello,
I had already purchased Microsoft Office 2010 on disc but bought a new compter recently without a DVD
I was told a the show room that Microsoft 2010 was pre loaded & I could just use my existing product key. However, the setup program says my product key is invalid.
How do I get around this problem?

The preloaded Microsoft 2010 is the single license product. You can't use it in other PC.
