Problem with display

I got lines made of black and white dots when i download graphics drivers and when i uninstall them dots disapear. Is problem with processor or heat. And if anyone else had similar problem then how do you fix it(if you can fix it)?

I have HP Pavilion g6 and evertime I download graphics drivers there will be black and white dots on my screen. I controlled they can't be dead pixels because when you put your cursor on it cursor is perfect. Help please!
