Problem with laptop

I need help with my laptop, problem is that its very slow (like when i open something the loading takes 10-60 seconds sometime even longer and i cant whatch movies with my laptop because video is laggy)

Does anyone know what may be wrong with it????

Malware, maybe. Or a HDD.

Seems like its malware but everytime i do quick scan it shows nothing, i did full scan when laptop started to get slow but didnt show anything.

i tryed to test HDD if its working correctly but it takes 3h i cant keep my laptop running so long(or is there any faster way to check HDD.
