When camera take picture, everything is in red or in green tones
In red or in orange? Usually if the picture is in green tone, that means you use the Fluorescent in white balance, if the picture is in blue, it is under the Tungsten setting in white balance.

So without seeing the pictures, I guess you may mess up the white balance setting. Check your camera white balance setting. May sure you get the right setting, like Sunlight, Overcast, Shade, Tungsten, Fluorescent, even the custom white balance setting too.
