Problem with Sonic Gear EVO 9 BTMI 2.1

Hey guys, i'm new and glad to be here.

I got a little issue with my new sound system, I bought the EVO 9 and hooked it up, the system is a BLAST but the only problem is that the SUB keeps going down automatically..
I want the sub to be set at 39 at ALL TIMES but it keeps going down automatically like some re adjust function.
Any ideas on how to fix this?

The sub is always on that's the thing, the SUB settings always goes down auto.. so there is no work around ?
