Problem with tv

I have an LG tv, model 47LV4400.
Here are the symptoms my tv has. No image. No backlighting. No sound. No image when flashlight test is performed.
What is my tv's issue?

Power supply would be the first possible cause. If it is out of warranty a replacement board may solve the problem.
