Solved! Problems with battery powering laptop.

Laptop only powers on when plugged in but if disconnected, it won't come on. And when plugged in, battery always charges and the battery level increases normally but if charger is disconnected while system is on, system goes off. Any solution please?

can you try shutting down your laptop and removing the battery? and attach the adapter to your laptop and turn it on.
if it works normally. then your battery is most likely dead.

can you download and run a this tool from the site below? id like to know the specifics of your hardware.
