Problems with integrated amplifier R-N602

Malfunction in 3 successive new units (in two months). First unit source select button not working, second unit and 3rd unit present message 'Not Available' when pushing setup button. I do not know what to do. Shop is offering me a 4th unit ¡¡¡ Does anybody had the same (or other) problems ?

I guess it's time to step up and buy some better gear. Audio Outlaw makes a great processor (Model 975 7.1 HDMI AV Surround Processor). you would still need an amp but separates provide a lot of flexibility. http/www.outlawaudio.com/products/975.html

I had the same problem and it was solved switching off the "pure direct" button. I don't know why but when it's on, the setup button is not available.
No need to get a new amplifier
