Problems with languages

Hello everyone. So as of today, I bought a laptop from HP. It's good but the problem is, they've ran out of stock so I have left with no choice but to buy the displayed one, which is on Arabic. I asked the staff to change it into English, and ended up nicely. Now the problem arises, when I opened my laptop in my home, excited about it, I see that some applications, time, and lettering is on Arabic, though the typing is on English and also some applications. Generally, it's English/Arabic mixed. I've tried changing the language to other formats of English but that doesn't seem to work.
