Solved! ProBook 6470b plugging charging battery not increase

My HP ProBook 6470b is plugging charging but the battery was unable to increase ... Please what can I do to fixed the problem

Could be battery or could be charger.

Any way to try another charger on your ProBook?

Or can you try your charger on another system?

Determine in the problem stays with the ProBook or follows the charger.

And I have tried to get another battery and use the charger to charge another system which was working well in another system my HP ProBook 6470b still doing the same thing please I need your help

Does "I have tried to get another battery" mean that you are still using the original battery?

If a known working charger does not charge the battery then the problem is either with the existing ProBook battery or within the ProBook itself.

The only way to narrow that down is to buy or borrow another known working ProBook laptop battery. If that battery fails to charge then the problem is most likely within the ProBook.

Another option is to find a reputable shop that can run the diagnostics on the ProBook. Most likely that will cost you some money.
