i keep getting these random programs that are trying to install but they have popups that tell me errors, and weird stuff in task manager....

newversion.tmp *32 - Setup/Uninstall (x2)
powershell.exe *32 - windows powershell (x3)

thats the current list of things, next time it will be different with new programs...what the hell do i do, my IOBit Malware fighter doesn't see these things as threats, their not threats when i do a smart scan or even full scan, and this issue is pretty bad, started when my pc forced a reset while i was playing call of duty mw3 through steam.
