Program starting

Hello,
I have installed a programme called foxreal you tube downloader pro. The programme has downloaded successfully but when i d/c on the icon, the programme starts up briefly and disappears. What can i do to activate this programme considering that i have uninstalled and reinstalled but the same problem happens. Can you help?
