PS CS6 Student/Teacher Edition

My question is would my school/district have to qualify somehow or can just any teacher submit and qualify following their guidelines?

They will check on you through the school or the HR dept.. I purchased CS 5.5 and My childrens school was not on their list, they had to contact the schools principle, which held up my order by two weeks.
