Ok now the problems is, when i play any audio/movie/music whatever the case may be, the volume is extremely low. I have to really crank it up on my receiver. But if i use my xbox to watch netflix or something its extremely loud. What is going on? I am using HDMI on both the xbox to the receiver as well as the PC to the receiver and their the same HDMI cables. So why is the audio coming from my PC so much lower quality than the xbox? I have a 7.1 setup, ive read about doing the S/PDIF or optical output but that only handles 5.1 and not DTS HD MA format. So id have to remix all movies for it to play. What can i do to help the audio output from my PC to my receiver other than blasting the volume way up??
