[citation][nom]Zenthar[/nom]I just wonder HOW 2010, or any year ending by XX10 could be a leap year...[/citation]

well, in fairness, they haven't had too many XX10 years go buy with which to test it.

you think this is bad? try have it happening to all your ATMs and eftpos machines...

[citation][nom]gamerk316[/nom]Known software issue; funny how Y2k's decendents still are floating around...Next up: the 2038 bug [which will probably bring down 90% of all systems, simply due to legacy issues with such an old bug...][/citation]

pfft... do you really think the world will last that long anyway?

unfair comparison to the rrod. rrod is a hardware failure, the leap year ps3 problem was just a software glitch. software glitches can be fixed. saying rrod is going strong after 5 years is moot. you expect a failed piece of hardware to repair itself?
but its worth noting that after 3 years, brand new 360s had a few hardware refreshes that resolved the rrod. ofcourse those failed launch consoles are still dead, but thats a very silly point to make.

Doesn't this smell like a lawsuit waiting to happen? Those games that didn't work should have a disclaimer that says you need to be online to be able to play. If not, that sounds like false advertising.
