Solved! Public internet disabled

Why is the public WiFi saying disabled and saved? I'm using the LG k20plus. It works on my brothers tablet and sisters tablet but now it's saying the Wi-Fi is disabled.

There is no one single 'public' WiFi. There are different ones from different places. So it really depends on what WiFi you are trying to actually access. If this is a specific on, you can then forget the WiFi and then search for WiFi again. This should allow for entering whatever info you need to access it.
