Purse Sensia Problem

I listen to "98.5 CBS Sports Hub Boston"
Despite living in the UK, there's never been an issue with tuning my internet radio (Pure Sensia) to lots of USA radio stations.

Sunday the above radio station started broadcasting a system message
"CBS Radio regrets to inform you that are trying to listen to an NFL game and you are either -
a] out of the country, or
b] trying to listen from outside the USA
you have two choices
1] move to the USA, or
2] switch from streaming to radio

this coincided with the time that regional radio blackout occurs - ie when the live game is being broadcast...this is normal USA practice
however, immediately AFTER the game finishes - the station starts broadcasting via internet radio again.

However, from the time the game finished until now, the above message is still broadcast.

this is NOT the Radio station's fault - I'm almost 100% certain its' a Pure problem as my other two Internet radios - a Magicbox (quite old) and a Pioneer stereo with internet radio - can still connect to the above channel, without any issue at all.


Some of the obvious things i've tried:-
1] reset virgin superhub router
2] reset IP address on Pure Sensia radio
3] factory reset Pure radio
4] updated software on Pure Sensia
5] removed station from favourites - both online (Pure Connect) and via Radio favourites list itself
6] re added station to favourites by BOTH above methods
7] connected Pure radio to superhub via "guest network"

any other suggestions would be really appreciated

To ask a dumb question, have you contacted Pure for support? It seems to be more likely that the problem is with their servers than with your unit.

yes - was my first action. but they're taking a while and (to date) no joy
