Hi,
I have an acer laptop acer V3 371 55GS - somehow stupidly I change BIOS setup and now I have a password once I enter it I get the PXE MOF boot. Removing the CMOS battery did not solve the problem - left it out for few hours. Any idea what to do? Thank uuuu

You need to enter the bios and change the boot order back to having the hdd or ssd at the top, right now it's trying to do a network boot.

You are waiting too long to hit the key to enter bios. you need to press it during post which occurs before it asks for the bios password.

Sorry for the question but just to make sure where the problem is: so I can enter bios setup by clicking F2 before it asks for bios password? Because then maybe my F2 key is broken because I keep on pressing and nothing happens.
