DisplaySearch has released its Quarterly Notebook PC Value Chain Report for the first quarter of 2008 showing that Quanta Computer was the top notebook PC OEM maker, and Hewlett-Packard (HP) was the top notebook LCD panel customer of Samsung, LG Display and AUO.
