question about an acer i3 aspire labtop

What's the best video card my acer i3 aspires motherboard can handle and also the best hard drive I can get all based by price as well for the video card how do I install it I am new and trying to build my first computer but I am doing a labtop instead of a desktop for the hard drive I know how to install just buy an extra sata cable but I have not done a video card yet if anyone could help I would be a very thankful young man.

generally speaking, unless your laptop is an MX compatible laptop, you can't change your mobile gpu.
