Question Question about TOSHIBA 55U9750 55"

Hello guys i bought Toshiba 55U9750 android TV but when i click green home button Nothing appears. it should appear with play store and youtube apps but nothing appears so my question is how to hard reset this TV? factory reset like this video.

but its for Sony only i belive tried with my Toshiba but not working so guys please help me.

Disconnect it from power, press the power button on the TV for about 30seconds, replug power, try again

The menu is working with the remote?
Internet is connected to the TV?
Can you update the firmware of it via USB?

What happens if you press netflix on the remote?

restore defaults in the setup menu to factory reset it
