Question TV/Monitor that allows you to set a custom picture size

Hello there! I'm looking to purchase a new pc monitor which allows you to stretch the picture size manually. It seems there are a number of smart TVs that have this feature, but I'd ideally like to buy a monitor. Please check the link below if you'd like to see the feature in question.

It's probably worth mentioning that I'm not intending to stretch a 4:3 image to fit a 16:9 screen! The monitor I'm hoping to buy will be used solely for gaming on my ps5, and unfortunately, when playing a ps2 classic via ps5, the game isn't displayed in the original 4:3 aspect ratio... making the characters look rather odd.

You should be able to turn off automatic scaling in the screen, don't know what models have that specific option in general, but the higher end monitors I used have that. Dell UltraSharp for example. Keep in mind that this will make the image small in the middle of the screen as it will just run it at whatever native resolution the monitor gets. Or find a used 4:3 monitor to use.
