TV: 50" Samsung INU6900
PC: Nextbook 2n1 Windows 10 Tablet (1.3ghz / 32mb video Intel HD)
Connection: HDMI no adapter
I get no signal when plugging into a 4k TV. Samsung said it works in 1080p and 720p.
I used a 1080p Vizo (only 32") as my monitor just fine. The new 4k TV does not work.
Do I need HDMI 2.0? Is it because my graphics card (32mb Intel HD) only does 70 Hz max?
Is this a lost cause? Im gonna return soon but would like to know what is going wrong.
I tried a dumb 1080p TV but had overscan issues (the image is too big on screen) and had no settings to fix it. Insignia from Best Buy.
need a smart TV or any TV with picture size and position adjustments or PC mode scanning.
Any Ideas on what would work, all brand new TV's that are smart and have advanced picture settings to fix overscan are 4k.
and it seems like my PC is incompatible with 4k
Guess the solution is a 1080p TV with underscan/ picture size settings. Because my graphics card won't give me scaling options.
Not sure if they even make those.
Any ideas? Am I right about this? Please help me figure out what to do. Thanks
