Questions about VPN

Cloud VPN wants to set up VPN connection that allows it to monitor network traffic.only accept if you trust the source.

What happens if I don't trust the source but at the same time accept and click ok and let the application set up VPN connection .

What are the possible consequences?

Are you installing VPN client?
If the first sentence of your post is the message you got - Windows "warns" you that the VPN server will receive every communication between you and Internet.
