Hard to say without a better spec sheet but they are similar and most likely the same. If you notice the first one shows it crosses over 130Hz( and higher wattage) instead of 120Hz but that could because one is a 2.1 system and the second one is a 5.1 system.

Also, it would be pretty common to use the same subwoofer for both systems.
