Buy it from Smith Micro Software, Inc

http://www.smithmicro.com/ $59.95

or

The Data Connect Kit with Quick Link Mobile software is only $19.99

at http://www.cingular.com/business/data_connect

If you want free borrow the cd at a cingular company store, they sent their
tech person to my house to install it.

Another question should be--why do you need it? It does two things. It
installs some custom modem drivers that at least some of the users have
had to then de-install before things will work (something in the INF
file isn't right). And it serves as a "wizard" to setup a network
connection dialup entry using them as an ISP. If you are even slightly
familiar with Windows you can setup your own modem driver using
"Standard Modem" and put in your own ISP's phone numbers and login info.
