Radio mono to stereo

Is there any way to convert the mono output of a radio to stereo without running the signal through a computer?

Don't worry, I found a good bodge. I plugged the radio into an airplane adaptor, then balanced my headphone jack in the middle of the airplane one, so the mono track 'split' into stereo 😛
