Can i upgrade the RAM on my laptop to 8GB??? And can i install better graphics card??? PLs help guys

RAM you can upgrade but you cannot upgrade the graphics card as it is part of your cpu which cannot be changed.

Keep in mind, that for more than 4GB of ram to be usable, you have to use 64bit windows version.

probably you will need 4GB DDR3L S0-Dimm RAM (low voltage!) PC3 12800 1600MHz

For the mamimum memory usable you should check on the manuffacturers website. They should give out those informations there. (or the manual if they still provide them)

You will not be able to install a dedicated graphic card. Only specific gaming laptop models will allow you to do so and they generally start at around $1,400 USD.

You will not be able to upgrade the CPU since it is soldered into the motherboard.

Most laptops will allow you to upgrade the RAM, but some do not. For example some ultrabooks have their RAM soldered into the motherboard and there is no RAM slot for you to install more RAM. Which specific Dell laptop do you have?
