Ram upgrade, Better AC Adapter or New Cooling Pad On Budget Which 2 to Pick?

I am getting a Sager NP9772-S from Xotic PC. I have $200 additional to spend on the laptop, and I originally planned on getting 1866 cl10 for faster speeds in cad work and the 330w power adapter for oc. But my current notebook cooler is a Antec classic one that is not for intense load and only supports up to 14 inch laptops. My new one is 17 and has a I7-4790K Desktop CPU and a GTX 980M. The additional ram cost $55, the Cooler Master SF-17 cost $60 and the 330w adapter cost $65. Which two should I get? My budget is $200.


P.S THIS LAPTOP HAS FREE IC DIAMOND 7 THERMAL PASTE SO DONT TELL ME TO GET IT. ALSO DONT TELL ME TO BUILD A DESKTOP OR WHATEVER I NEED THE MOBILITY. THANKS

$ 200 gets you all 3 but I would go with the ram and SF-17.
