Ram upgrade question

My laptop is Lenovo 3000 n200 model 0769

I want to upgrade the RAM. And my question>
Is better to use
1) only 2gb 2Rx8 PC2-5300S-555-12 E3
2) 2gb 2Rx8 PC2-5300S-555-12 E3 and together with
512gb 2Rx8 PC2-5300S-555-12 E3 did this change performance in a better way
3) to use 2gb 2Rx8 PC2-5300S-555-12 E3 with 1gb 2Rx8 PC2-5300S-555-12 E3

wich of this solutions is better to combine
because it have to slots and I don't know thT IS THERE ANY PROBLEM TO USE

2gb(even)+512mb(odd)
2gb(even)+1gb(odd)

is there problem to use odd number off Ram and even number of ramm

It's probably not optimal to mix memory modules from different manufacturers. If possible why not purchase two 2GB sticks and upgrade to the max of 4GB?

But if I mix two 2Gb thats meen 4Gb shoud i detect any change in the laptops performance because i use just for internet, word off8ce and any of online games
