SO-DIMM RAM Upgrade

as i said above, currently there is installed two each 2Gb 2RX8 PC2-6400S-666-12-E3 RAMs, manufacturer -samsung.
In case I upgrade it till 8 GB, shall I install two 4Gb 2RX8 PC2-6400S-666-12-E3 RAMs with the same manufacturer (samsung)?? or I should guide only , that both RAMs should be PC2,6400s,manufacturer-samsung??
If I am wrong please correct me.

Manufacturer shouldn't matter unless you are going dual channel, in which case you should buy a kit. Different SODIMMs can dual channel sometimes even from different brands if you're lucky, but it's easier to buy a kit. Just make sure you aren't exceeding the maximum support.
