Question My computer does not recognize RAM (Asus notebook X456UAK)

I have an Asus notebook X456UAK with integrated 4G ram, a free DDR4 slot and windows 10
The K in the model of my pc changes some things among them that its slot for RAM is DDR4 and not DDR3 as it would be in the model X456UA and according to the crucial page my laptop can support in the slot, a 16Gb RAM

I put the following RAMS and none was recognized as installed memory but the CPU-Z program did recognize that there was a ram in the DDR4 slot.

These were:

• - 16Gb RAM with 2666MHz DDR4
• - 4Gb RAM with 2133MHz DDR4
