Hello, I have compaq presario V3000
with 1GB RAM nd intel pentium dual core processor. i wanna increase my laptop's RAM .. can I?
if yes then How?
or if No then why not?

If you have a dual core, your laptop will accept more than 1 gig of RAM. Go to www.crucial.com, do their online scan, they will tell you what you can add.

As to how, there is usually a door on the bottom of the case, or the RAM may be under the keyboard or palmrest.
