Random command prompts pop up

When i'm on my computer, sometimes, a random command prompt will pop up for half a second then delete itself. it gets super annoying sometimes especially when i run a game because it automatically alt tabs out of the game. is it possible to run some kind of app so that i know excatly which file is causing the random command prompt? or an app that kills it. also, the chance of it being a virus or malware is extremely slim, as all i have downloaded for my new pc are drivers and games
