Random Reboot

hello guys,

I've got a laptop I have to fix, which apparently Crashes at random and then immediately reboots.
It doesn't leave any notifications in the system events log, or so the owner of this laptops claims.

Point is I haven't been able to recreate the problem, and it's been 2 days allready.
I've tried doing a memory scan, HDD scan and both of which it passed.

Any ideas as to what might be causing this?

No ideas here, but at least turn off the automatic restart in startup and recovery in system properties in control panel. At least the BSOD will stay on screen.
Then insist the owner write down the stop error pror to bringing it back.
You can't fix it if it ain't broke.
