Solution
You'll hear a lot of people provide solutions but the only solution imo is to re-format the machine. If you don't have backups then it's the only way to be sure.

If you had a weekly backup with a disk imager like Macrium Reflect or a daily snapshot with a snapshot tool like Comodo Time Machine or Rollback Rx then you'd be able to restore and only lose a few days to a weeks worth of data. Sadly it sounds like this isn't the case, so I'd recommend reformatting and immediately start a regular backup plan.

There is no fix or removal, other than reverting to a previous Restore point or other unaffected backup.

Hi alexkensit, i've done it.. but itsn't work .. but, thanks for your information

Hi USAFRet, this virus is so annoying.. thanks for your help ..

Unfortunately, only option left for the users is to pay in bitcoins.. but it does not guarantee that the files will be decrypted. .locky is ransom ware and offers similar technique to attack the system slowly and to encrypt the files.
You can download malware removal software.. it might help you.

Solution

Removing what caused it doesn't fix the real issue...the encrypted files.
