Razer Blade mid 2019 thermal throttling help!

I purchased a razer blade and have been getting a lot of thermal throttling. I undervolted to 1.5 and temperatures stay around 70-80 when gaming. The gpu is around 80 as well. Not Sure what exactly is causing the thermal throttle, can anyone help me figure out what type of logs to get. I use XTU. It drops framerates every 3-5 seconds on every game, even though the cpu temps are relatively low.

Did you install the drivers from razer or directly from nvidia?
