Razer Blade Pro 2015 lagging on all games

I tried clean installing my drivers for cpu and gpu. After monitoring clock speed on Afterburner I noticed it went from performing at around 100fps at ~1000mhz to 10-30fps at 135hz on the nose. I thought maybe it was throttling but it was sitting at a cool 59-60 degrees. Not sure what to do at this point. Any help is appreciated.

There seems to be driver issue. From where did you download those drivers ?
download from here:
https/www2.razer.com/gaming-systems/razer-core-updates
each time full clean install and reboot between drivers.
check out if you don't have any specific driver utilities

I got them from the razer site and through nvidia as I've done it a couple times.
