Razer electra headset problems

hello, i currently have a razer electra headset and i am trying to get my computer to recognize the built in microphone. The computer says the microphone is connected but i doesnt pick up any noise. Also i have an audio spliter plugged in.

The Electra isn't supported on PCs by default.
Edit: Didn't see you had the splitter. Download drivers, but also go to your sound options from your taskbar, go to recording devices, and set it as the default device and default communications device.
