Razer Electra or Kraken(no mic)?

I'm planning on getting a pair of headphones for my girlfriend. And now I'm sitting in front of my monitor and wondering what's the difference between them?

Probably not the best idea to get a gaming headset for use with a phone? Most Razer products require drivers to be installed, which your phone would not be able to do. Never tried it, no idea if it would work.
